We are so glad you are participating in UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest!  S&E is Thursday, February 1st at Coppell High School.  The schedule will be posted 1 week before the contest.

If you have not paid your entry fee for Solo and Ensemble, please do so before Monday, December 18th.

Solo Only Fee is $14.00

Chorale and Encore will carol Friday, December 15th at the Isle of Windmere here in Southlake.  The Isle of Windmere is an assisted living facility for retired persons. 

Itinerary:
1:00 pm – Meet in the choir room
1:05 pm – Load the buses and head to the Isle
1:30 pm – Performance begins
2:10 pm – Head back to Carroll Senior HS
2:35 pm – Arrive back at Carroll Senior HS

Attire
Black choir t-shirt
Jeans (no holes)
Comfortable shoes
Santa Hat or red scarf – any festive accessory

Winter Concert
When:   Thursday, December 14th
Attire:    Full Choir Uniform
Time:     5:15 pm (All Choirs meet in the sanctuary in your assigned seat)           
Where:  White’s Chapel UMC
The sanctuary will open for seating at 6:10 pm.  The concert will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. This concert is being professionally recorded, please no personal recording or photography.  This will allow you to sit back and enjoy the concert!

Holiday Party
When:     Friday, December 15th
Where:   The Gitter’s Home
Time:      6:00 pm until 8:00 pm
Attire:     Casual, please bring a jacket or coat!
               We will decorate Gingerbread houses outside!! (Prizes will be awarded to the best         
               decorated!!)
RSVP:     Please tweet @CarrollChoir to RSVP or let a Choir Officer know you will attend.
Bring the following:           
9th Graders: 8oz bottles of water
10th/11th Graders: Snack, food/appetizer
12th Graders: Desserts        
There will be a White Elephant Gift Exchange ($10.00 max) this is an optional activity.

Man Day
When:            Saturday, December 16th
Where:           Goat Yoga of Richardson
Time:  Depart CSHS – 10:00 am
            Return to CSHS by 2:45 pm/3:00 pm
Attire: Casual clothes you can move in.  Bring a CHEAP yoga mat or a beach towel
Food: Bring money to eat at Twisted Root Burgers

Doucet and Ramos 

​The dress rehearsals for our Winter Concert is Monday, 12/11 and Tuesday, 12/12 during your respective class times.  Please move swiftly and arrive on time.  We have to cover logistics and adjusting to singing in a different space.  Your focused energy and preparation will be needed.  Please review the schedule below.
