Choir Homecoming Activities

The Homecoming Parade has been CANCELLED.
We will still have our booth here at the Senior HS!  If you signed up to work, the times are the same.  

Here is the official statement from the district:
"Due to tomorrow’s weather forecast and saturated ground at Town Square, the Homecoming Parade has been cancelled. The Homecoming Carnival will be relocated indoors to Carroll Senior High School from 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. with the Pep Rally following at 7 p.m. The Carnival festivities will take place in the west side gym and hallway area outside of the gym entrances, and the pep rally will be in the main gym. Please note these slight time changes from the original schedule.
 
Even though this is a huge bummer to have to change our plans last minute, we are still hopeful for a big crowd and participation from our community! We are encouraging all of our student groups and clubs to still set up their carnival booth at tomorrow’s event! Please email me back no later than 4 p.m. today to confirm that your student group will still be setting up a booth. The majority of your games and activities will still be permissible indoors, but for some of the games and activities we may need to get creative finding an alternative, and we are happy to help with that. We will have bounce houses set up in the gym.
 
Setup for the indoor carnival will begin at 4 p.m. When you arrive we will have assigned each group a table (still with two chairs) so look for your group’s name. We are unable to send out a map with assignments because we do not know the exact location of where each table will be and which groups are still participating, etc.
 
Please make sure you email me back today by 4 p.m. to confirm your attendance for tomorrow. This will help us better plan for setup and making sure everyone has a spot.
