Pre-Area Auditions Student Help

Students, Carroll is hosting the third round of All-State Auditions!  We want to have the best audition site in our region!  (That’s because we have the best students in the region.)  We need your help to make sure this is the best audition this year! 
Here is how YOU can help!  There are several jobs that need to be covered.

1. Room set up - @3:20 pm, setting up 8 classrooms for auditions
2. Greeter – Stand at the front entrance and direct students, parents, and directors
3. Concession Stand Worker – set up and sell concessions and help keep the area organized and neat
4. Hospitality worker – go around to each audition room with snacks and beverages for the judges
5. Escort – walking kids from the SAC to their audition room then to the holding area. (This is an all-evening position)
6. Runner – walking scores from the audition rooms to the library (This is an all-evening position)
7. Room Tear Down – restoring all classrooms at the end of the audition back to its original state (MOST IMPORTANT JOB!!!)

This is a great opportunity to see what happens behind the scenes of the all-state process.  It is also an opportunity to serve your school community!  Volunteer hours will be awarded if you work more than one hour.

     Time: 3:20 pm until 9:20 pm (Shifts available)
